Why we build

Between every person and their future stands a file.

Every petition carries someone's future, and an attorney answers for all of it. Policy shifts by the month, and the tools most firms run on today were built for a different time.

So firms make hard choices. They stretch a team that is already stretched and sometimes turn down cases. Either way, someone waits.

Our mission is to help immigration firms grow without ever turning a deserving client away.

Our story

Built with the firms who use it.

  1. 2024

    It started with drafts.

    CaseBlink began as a drafting tool. You uploaded the evidence, and it organized the exhibits, and drafted letters and brief.

    A few months into its launch, more than 50 firms had already prepared over 1,000 cases with it.

  2. 2025

    Drafting was never the whole job.

    We raised our pre-seed round and kept listening. Firms told us, patiently and often, what the work really asks of the people who do it.

    1. 01The hours go to everything around the matter: chasing documents, retyping the same facts form after form, and keeping every page of a packet in step with the argument.
    2. 02Every firm practices differently. A tool that drafts the same way for everyone gets rewritten by everyone.
    3. 03Attorneys don't trust what they can't check. Every claim has to point back to the page and text that supports it.
    4. 04The judgment is the job. Software should take the busywork and leave strategy and sign-off with the attorney.

  3. 2026

    The new CaseBlink.

    Built around the matter, not drafting. Agents work from one record per case, the way your team would, and you review everything they do.

    1. 01A Home view that opens on what needs your review: what's overdue, what's waiting on you and what's coming up.
    2. 02A Clients interface serving as a system of record.
    3. 03Firm Knowledge and firm skills: your templates, prior filings and ways of working, taught once and reused in any case.
    4. 04Client intakes in foreign languages that ask only for what's missing, with a review step before anything reaches the record.
    5. 05Case preparation fully handled by agents who plan work and ask your approval only when needed.
    6. 06Drafts in Word with an agent's edits as redlines, forms filled from the same record, and filing packets you can edit.
    7. 07Companies and an HR portal for employer clients, plus time tracking and a billing review on every case.

    Chief Executive Officer

    Khalil is an applied scientist with over 12 years of experience in data science and artificial intelligence. Prior to founding CaseBlink, he made significant contributions in technology, healthcare research, and quantitative finance at prestigious organizations like Google, CVS, and Harvard Medical School. Khalil holds degrees in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, and Entrepreneurship from Brown University, the Paris Institute of Technology, and ENSAE ParisTech.

    Andrew brings full-stack experience previously architecting systems at Nextdoor and Otis Wealth. Andrew is a Kleiner Perkins Engineering Fellow alum and holds a B.S.E. in Computer Science from Princeton University.

    Roxanne Fraser

    Chief of Legal Solutions

    Roxanne is a board certified immigration attorney who practiced immigration law in South Florida for 9 years. She is very involved with the AILA South Florida Chapter, bringing deep expertise in go to market, immigration and legal strategy to the CaseBlink team. Roxanne earned her J.D. from the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law.
